Fast forward to now and the device was making unusual noises and arranged a call out from a Haier engineer who informed that the device was faulty and needed to be replaced.

If your machine doesn't have adjustments, just dilute your concentrated softener with water before adding it. If you want to be truly money saving, set it on low dose and then only increase it if you find your clothes aren't clean / fresh after washing.

Jan 31, 2021 · Yep, current house has brand new 7kg washing machine and 8kg dryer (separate units) and we often pack too many clothes into the washing machine, then have to dry stuff in two loads or it doesn't dry. So I'm thinking 12kg + 8kg is minimum.
Apr 15, 2013 · Earlier my washing machine chewed up some clothes into the rubber door seal, and the metal wire with spring fall out whilst I tried to fix it: I've tried to kinda re-fit it (just took the rubber door seal out, put that into it, then put the rubber back) but the seal in general now seems really loose and I'm worried that it's going to leak...

In conclusion: your washing machine is not likely to suffer adverse shocks on its way to Oz. Unless it is dropped from height, the worst that you are likely to suffer is a bust spring or shock absorber, and these are probably easier to get hold of than those transit bolts!
Mar 12, 2018 · I had a problem where the washing machine and fridge freezer would both randomly trip . I managed to use the fridge freezer with an extension lead when this happened one weekend. I managed to change the fuse and fridge freezer was working again .
