Jan 2, 2022 · In order to send the USDT(BEP-20) out of CoinBase Wallet, it is requiring ETH for the transaction fee. Being that I am attempting the transfer from the Binance Smart Chain network, I cannot put ETH onto the network to use as a Txn fee. I tried sending ETH, but it went to the ETH network instead.
In my case I needed to convert between Binance Smart chain and binance chain in order to send bnb back to binance.us (doesn't support smart chain). This is how I solved it: I downloaded the Trust Wallet app on my phone, restored the same binance smart chain wallet as a single coin wallet inside Trust Wallet and my balance showed up.
I have the exact same issue. I put in a ticket with Binance to see if they can help me with it. I believe the issue is you have to change Smart Chain BNB to regular BNB in Trust Wallet before you send it to your Binance.

Then you can click on the top right and select "connect hardware wallet". After that, you can change the network to Binance Smart Chain (there are many guides on how to set it up with MetaMask).

Jan 8, 2022 · The ledger documentation is a little confusing. BNB on the Binance Smart Chain is equivalent to ETH on the Ethereum Blockchain. So you'll open the BNB app to use buy and sell on the BSC. To add to the confusion, your BSC address will be the same as your ETH address on the ledger.
