The only real good benefits to working here are they have a gym and cafeteria and the 401k benefits are quite good as they match up to 5% and give all employees an additional 4% just for being a baker hughes employee. Day 1 you do start out with benefits as well which is pretty great. Also, they do give annual bonuses.
