Whether you find Health or Armor upgrades depends on a choice you make near the end of chapter 1. To obtain Armor upgrades throughout the game: Spare Wyatt by letting Deathshead take Fergus. Each Armor Upgrade will increase the amount that armor pickups give you by 10%. It does NOT increase your maximum armor.

3 Levers Help. In the first mission/chapter there are 3 levers on the wall in a room. It's the room on the right, right after the first cannon that you can shoot the walker with. Found the answer. go to the file location C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Wolfenstein.The.New.Order and right click on the "wolfneworder.exe" file, click properties, go the the Compatability tab, and check the box for "disable dpi scaling". hf :)
