It's the side view with the massive cgi wolf. It has digitigrade legs. This kind of seems to undermine the big reveal in the end when John asks Paul to stand up to his full height. Obviously, Paul doesn't have digitigrade legs and if he's on stilts in the wolf suit, he would need to be about 2 feet shorter than the wolf.
Oct 10, 2020 · It’s a werewolf movie in so many different ways it’s kind of mind blowing. The movie explains it word for word. All werewolves are just men in costumes trying to give a supernatural excuse for attacking women. I have a question I've not yet seen addressed if someone thinks they can weigh in and assist.
Oct 9, 2020 · Robert Forester is wonderful in his final role. This film is a bit of a black comedy. There is also a mystery element. The main character, Officer John Marshall (Jim Cummings- also the writer/director of the film) is overwhelmed by the pressures of his life and his job. Then the killings start.
May 10, 2022 · Wolf of Snow Hollow - Ending ruins the movie. There is absolutely no way the wolf that attacks the snowboarder is a man in a suit, as the ending attempts to make you believe about the taxidermist. That full body shot of the wolf a sits standing up after attacking the snowboarder is without a doubt 100% not a human in a suit.

That said, I really loved Wolf of Snow Hollow. It was effectively funny, emotional, dark and the crowdsourcing behind its production is amazing. I suppose the thing that stays with me about this film is how it so effectively holds the werewolf myth in parallel to addiction, anger issues, the public v the private, the interior v exterior.

Oct 9, 2020 · There's just so many bad zombie comedies I don't even watch the trailers anymore. Now let me say that as a monster movie fan I can't really think of a werewolf monster movie that I enjoyed and it wasn't the werewolf so much as how the surrounding characters reacted to the chaos that I enjoyed. I highly suggest checking out The Wolf of Snow Hollow.

It can’t be, right?” I waffled back and forth and whether it was a werewolf or not several times. Jim Cummings acting and personality really stuck with me.
