I thought it may not have fully downloaded so I tried it again this evening but to no avail, the same issue. I bought the movie from the Sky Store using my Sky HD+ Box. I downloaded the whole movie on the Sky Box.

Sep 24, 2023 · To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains. Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains. Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber.
Jul 20, 2024 · TheFaceman. 20 Jul 2024 10:21 AM. Last couple of days Netflix won't load. Just get the red twirling circle. On a Sky Q box. Have restarted box and router with a full power off power on. Have gone into setting menu with 001 and reset apps. Netflix still not working. I see other people with similar issue but no answer or fix other than 'is it Sky Q'.

May 22, 2023 · Only on the main box I can select the Netfix app, it seems to try to start the app, the Netfix logo appears as normal but it sits there with a circle rotating underneath it. Other apps work fine including Amazon, BBC, ITVX etc. the settings section on the main box show all is fine; network etc.
