The clinical perfusion department at St Bartholomew's is made up of 24 highly skilled perfusionists who cover a 24-hour service, 365 days a year. The department is recognised as an excellent training centre for trainee clinical perfusion scientists.

The event, which dates back hundreds of years, will begin with activities in our iconic hospital square from 12pm-4pm.
At St Bartholomew's Hospital we treat around 40 septal myectomy patients per year. The majority of patients will undergo septal myectomy but in addition we perform mitral valve and atrial fibrillation surgery.
