Dec 16, 2019 · Find Wireless program, uninstall It to get a clean reinstall. Close up everything and then Re-Boot. Once re-booted, go to "File Directory" to find wireless file you previously downloaded. Open and install. It may require you to reboot again but the problem shouldn't be a problem anymore.

The drivers on this device is up to date and on the status on the device it says: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.
Aug 30, 2015 · My RALINK 3290 driver is shown as 5.00.57.00. dated 18-05-2015 from MediaTek I get download speeds in excess of 100kbps on a regular basis. Occasionally I see over 500kbps. For those having grief in:-Control Panel > Device Manager > Network Adapters >RALINK3290 UNTICK Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power.
