Jan 6, 2018 · 1. Scenery is off, but there should be no fast fix for this. If your friend is using X-Plane Default scenery ( Global Airports\Earth nav data\apt.dat) for RKSS, then yes the Runway positions are way off. 2. We can still move airport and runway by using WED so at least it can be matching with nav data.
