Students who enroll in the Early Childhood Education program at John A. Logan College will be trained to provide care and education for children in public childcare settings to include maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment, providing experiences to promote physical, intellectual, social/emotional, and language/literacy development.
Register for Classes. Before meeting with an Academic Advisor, students must: Apply for Admissions to John A. Logan College and receive a student ID#. Fill out the Application for Change of Residency to receive in-district tuition. Send final high school or GED transcripts to admissions@jalc.edu or drop off in Admissions and Records, Office C201.
Tuition and fees schedule for students (per credit hour): Tuition – In-District. $145.00 per credit hour. Tuition – Online/Hybrid Courses. $160.00 per credit hour. Tuition – Out-of-District. $210.00 per credit hour.
