Over the past few months FoxNews has been randomly freezing on an image and recovering 30-60 seconds later. When this happens, it happens on both TV's at the same.

FSR used to be part of the Premier package and was available to many customers for free... but then Rogers suddenly pulled it last summer. (Fox Business is also only available individually or as part of a Theme Pack.
Jun 1, 2020 · It was 165 channels in March, then it was lowered to 125, and now it is down to 124 channels in the package. I dont know which channel was removed from the package. I just see it just goes down. A detailed analysis of the Priemier package shows only 2 channels removed since November 2020.

Mar 28, 2018 · The cancellation fees are normally $100 per remaining year on the term and/or $10/month left on the contract. The same rules do not apply to a consumer versus a business account. On an individual person's account, the terms are normally 12 months but can go up to 24 months.

May 1, 2019 · Click Usage and Services. Select TV. Click Exchange Now. The Personalize your channels screen will display. Under "Your Channel Selection," choose the Flex Channels you want to remove by selecting the X button next to the channel name. You can select multiple channels at once.

When we signed up to Ignite Flex 10 after July 2021 the choice to receive the Prime Time package $3 a month U.S. channels ABC,CBS,NBC,FOX,and PBS from Buffalo and the Stingray music ( called Stingray Plus) $3 a month approximately 45 channels.
