May 5, 2016 · Dolphin.exe - Entry Point Not Found (SOLVED) Greetings, all. Recently I tried to install the latest dev build of Dolphin. After I got the necessary files to run it (the .dlls) this message popped up. "The procedure entry point ucrtbase.abort could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll."
As of this writing, we'll be using the "Dolphin Wiimote New Incomplete" plugin as the basic model for setting up our controls on the keyboard because for a lot of people currently, the normal "Plugin_Wiimote.dll" doesn't seem to work with the most recent of Dolphin SVNs (5942 and above), especially for Windows XP users.

Jul 2, 2020 · Grab a fresh copy of the latest Dolphin dev build, extract it all to a fresh new folder, and create a blank txt file named "portable.txt" in the same folder as Dolphin.exe.
