I've been with Chariot and TPG for a long time and have heard that TPG intend to close-down the chariot.net.au email domain as the servers are at end-of-life. I understand the reasoning, but don't understand why we simply could have an alias on the TPG email server.
Apr 12, 2018 · I checked the account and unfortunately, the Chariot email addresses can't be transferred to TPG since it will still use their server. However, you can turn them into Email only account for it to remain active. You may contact them directly on 1300 137425 or Email them at service@chariot.net.au. Kind regards,

I get the decommissioning of the Chariot server but my @alphalink email address has continued over with TPG since joining the NBN with them (as the parent company of Chariot.) What I don't know/understand is whether this arrangement continues with TPG regardless of Chariot's status. Cheers.

May 25, 2023 · 25-05-2023 10:55 AM. You have to love Chariot webmail engineers since the '502bbad gateway' fault 5 days ago,not! I still have no 'sent mail' folder' nor a 'delete' folder so my email access is now being strangled because my 40MB allowance is nearly exceeded. And no response from service@chariot.net.au except giving me a reference Case # CS-25067.
