Create a live album. On your computer, open photos.google.com. Sign in to your Google Account. On the left, click Albums Create album. Click Select people & pets. On any face group, click Select . At the top right, click Confirm. Add a title, then click Edit album. Learn how to automatically add photos to an existing album.
In a shared album, you can: Save a photo or video to your library: In the album, click the photo or video that you want to save. At the top, click Save. Save all photos and videos in an album to your library: In the album, at the top right, click Save . Save an album to your albums tab: In the album, click More Show in Albums.
Touch and hold a photo, and then select the photos you want in your new album. At the bottom, tap Add to . Select Album. Optional: Add a title to your new album. Tap Done . Create a live album. You can set up an album to automatically add photos of your friends and family. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app .

Notes: You can't stop individual people from adding items, but you can stop everyone from adding items. You’ll still see photos that other people added, unless you remove them.

On your mobile device, open the Google Photos app . Sign in to your Google Account. Select a photo, album, or video. Tap Share . Under "Send in Google Photos," select people to share with. To prevent others with access from adding photos, under "Options," turn off Collaborate. As an album owner, you have control over your shared photos and videos. To make a shared album private, remove all collaborators and turn off link sharing. When an album is made private, all comments are removed and collaborators will no longer have access.
