NetLogo Web. Runs in Your Browser; Basic Feature Set; Functional on Mobile Devices
NetLogo allows exploration by modifying switches, sliders, choosers, inputs, and other interface elements. Beyond exploring, NetLogo allows authoring new models and modifying extant models. NetLogo is open source and freely available from the NetLogo website.
Download NetLogo. Most computers can run NetLogo (see system requirements). If you would like to run NetLogo on a Chromebook or in a web browser, please see if NetLogo Web will meet your needs. Multiple versions of NetLogo can be installed on the same computer; installing a new one doesn’t remove the old one.
NetLogo Web requires JavaScript in order to run a model, but it does not appear to be working. Please check your browser settings to ensure this site can use JavaScript, or contact your administrator if you are using a managed computer.
NetLogo lets students open simulations and “play” with them, exploring their behavior under various conditions. It is also an authoring environment which enables students, teachers and curriculum developers to create their own models.
Jan 5, 2017 · Our installer includes Java 8 for NetLogo’s private use only. Other programs on your computer are not affected. NetLogo 6.0 requires OS X 10.7.4 or higher. If you need to run NetLogo on an older version, please consider NetLogo 5.2.1 or earlier. There are no functional changes between 5.2.1 and 5.3.
