May 29, 2024 · Register Your CSI Number in My Oracle Support. Get the CSI (Customer Support Identifier) number for your tenancy: Sign in to your Oracle Cloud account at cloud.oracle.com. Click the profile icon in the top corner to open the Profile menu. Then, click the link for your tenancy.
