Jun 11, 2024 · The people at Delta have been FANTASTIC, especially the disability person. They really understood my situation and presented solutions other airlines just wouldn't. My only little complaint is with the app. I find it a bit difficult to find information that I need. Seems like there's always too many steps or ads to get to what I want.
