Holding an 8.7 on the sight, it is the highest rated animated film on the website. And while I don't entirely agree with that, I can say with confidence, that this is still worthy of much praise. 'Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama' is an excellent example of good anime, and something I would recommend to any beginner just getting into anime.
