  2. Rain in the Face. Rain in the Face (c.1835–1905), also called Itonagaju, was a Hunkpapa Sioux Native American. He was a warrior, often leading the band, in several battles with the United States in the 1860s and 1870s, including the famous Battle of the Little Bighorn in June of 1876—the battle where Sitting Bull led troops against the forces of General Armstrong Custer, where both Custer and his brother were killed.
