Amar Khan, in addition to her debut performance in the film, has the credit of writing an interesting script for Dum Mastam. Her screenplay is fresh and the dialogues are well crafted, saving a few in the banter between Bao and Aliya that get irksome.

Absolutely poor filmmaking with a lot of plot loopholes and character loopholes. At first the movie was narrative by sohail ahmed but then it became a typical film. It almost felt like i was watching a typical Pakistani drama serial. The casting choice was very poor for villain.
