Travis Lazarus " Travie " McCoy (born August 5, 1981) [3] is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He is the co-founder and lead vocalist of the rap rock band Gym Class Heroes, which he formed in 1997 along with childhood friend Matt McGinley after the two became acquainted with East Coast punk rock scenes as teenagers.
