Jamileh-Sadat Alamolhoda ( Persian: جمیلهسادات علمالهدی; born 1965), commonly known as Jamileh Alamolhoda ( Persian: جمیله علمالهدی ), is an Iranian writer and scholar. She was married to Ebrahim Raisi, who was the President of Iran, from 1983 until his death in a helicopter crash in 2024.
Sayyid Ahmad Alamolhoda (also Alam Olhoda or Alam al-Hoda; Persian: احمد علمالهدی; born September 1, 1944) is an Iranian Shia Islamic cleric who has been described as "senior" [1] and "ultra conservative" [2] and "hardline." [3] . His rank has been given both as Hojjatoleslam [4] and Ayatollah. [5] .
Raisi was married to Jamileh Alamolhoda, daughter of Mashhad Friday Prayers Imam, Ahmad Alamolhoda. She is an associate professor at Tehran's Shahid Beheshti University and president of the university's Institute of Fundamental Studies of Science and Technology. They had two daughters and two grandchildren.
