He also holds a Bachelor of Arts and Laws (BA, LLB Honors) degree from NLSIU where he was awarded four Gold Medals by the Chief Justice of India for exceptional academic excellence (including for being the ‘Best Student’).
Before joining NLSIU, Sudipa worked initially as a Research Fellow and later as an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Employment Research, University of Warwick from 2017 to 2022.
