Installation. With GitLab Runner 10, the executable was renamed to gitlab-runner. Create a folder somewhere in your system, ex.: C:\GitLab-Runner . Open a terminal and go to the directory where you want to clone the files. Git automatically creates a folder with the repository name and downloads the files there. Run this command: git clone <copied URL>. To view the files, go to the new directory: cd <new directory>.
