How to contribute to your group plan. 1. Open your online account. Go to our secure site or the Desjardins Omni mobile app and select Register. Have your group number (check the Your plan, your way brochure you received when you signed up for your plan) and your plan member or employee number on hand. Contact your employer if you can't find them.
