General Art Studies. Exchange students who have been accepted to the School of Arts, Design and Architecture may choose general art and theory courses offered by the Transdisclipinary Arts Studies (TAITE). Please note that they are very popular and have limited intake, and the places for these courses are drawn.

Its goal is to support artistic and scientific work and research, basic and postgraduate studies as well as international cooperation at the School of Arts, Design and Architecture.
Jan 2, 2023 · Department of Design. Julia Lohmann has been appointed as Associate Professor (tenured) in Contemporary Design from 1.3.2023. Maarit Mäkelä has been appointed as Professor in Practice-led design research from 1.7.2023. Marco Steinberg has been appointed as Professor in Practice in Strategic and industrial design for five years from 1.8.2023.
