Jeremy Bulloch (16 February 1945-17 December 2020[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Tor in The Space Museum and Hal the Archer in The Time Warrior. During the production of The Time Warrior, Bulloch was briefly considered for a role as a companion alongside Sarah Jane Smith.
