May 24, 2017 · Following work as a unit assistant on Emmerdale and a runner on The Voice UK, Anya joined Big Talk in 2016 as Production Assistant before moving into the Executive Assistant role supporting Kenton Allen and Matthew Justice. In 2019, Anya joined the drama team as Development Assistant, before becoming Drama Development Producer in 2021.
Having graduated with a degree in philosophy, and keen to pursue a career in television, Celia joined Big Talk in January 2020 as a runner, before becoming an assistant to the Drama department later that year.
