This was a serious acting role, the film being dramatised from the letters home of Pilot Officer J.R.A. "Bob" Hodgson, a pilot in RAF Bomber Command , who was killed in action in 1943.

Apart from Forces TV repeating all three series again a few years ago does anyone wonder why this has never made it to DVD or any form of legit service? It's on YouTube but apart from Series 1 the picture is awful. It has that look like the FPS have been slowed down slightly.
