Scroll down to the bottom of your page to see your groups under My groups. Select the group for which you want to create a new form or quiz. Select New Group Form and then follow the steps for how to create a form. If you want to create a quiz, select the drop-down arrow next to New Group Form and choose New Group Quiz.
