Eligibility. Applicant and his/her parents must have foreign citizenship. * Applicants who have completed (or are expected to complete) the 1st year (or 2 semesters) or more and earned (or are expected to earn) more than 1/4 of the credits required for graduation in a regular 4-year university course (a bachelor’s degree course) abroad.
