Feb 1, 2017 · That's easy enough, but she has a very large mailbox and her Outlook 2011 (Mac) profile has multiple accounts setup the way she wants etc. If I change her UPN prefix to her new surname, will Outlook just prompt for her new details and keep working or will we have to wipe and redownload her entire mailbox (many GBs worth)?
