Any biography of Genesis must recognise that there are distinct periods in the band's history, and that any discussion should recognise that musically and lyrically, the band which filled vast stadia throughout the 1990's was a completely different creature to that which played sweaty student halls filled with spotty young men in the early 1970's.

Mar 4, 2020 · Rock band Genesis have reformed for a tour, 13 years after last performing together. Tony Banks, Phil Collins and Mike Rutherford confirmed the reunion on Zoe Ball's BBC Radio 2 show on Wednesday.
The Genesis catalogue of 14 studio albums from "Trespass" through to "Calling All Stations", will be re-issued worldwide this summer. Pressed on 180g vinyl and featuring Nick Davis mixed and re-mastered versions, the reissues will be available in three waves across August and September, now available for pre-order at the link in bio.
