To login to the portal, a user can use his/her User ID and Password. Besides collecting premiums, the portal is also used by merchants to view and modify details using various tools available there.
Under the Online Services tab, look for the Merchant Portal option and click on that. Select the Login option to open the LIC’s Portal Login page. Click on the ‘Update Email Id to get OTP’ option. Fill in with the necessary details such as user ID, password, and email ID. Then, click on the Update option and you are done.
