When the first trailer for C U Soon dropped, I found a bunch of similarities between the Mahesh Narayanan movie and the 2018 mystery-thriller by Sev Ohanian and Aneesh Chaganty titled Searching. Both of them use anything with a camera in it to give us a peek into the world of the characters.
