How to Apply. At the Edinburgh Academy we aim to make the Admissions process as smooth and welcoming as possible. As a school catering for boys and girls aged 2–18, we have three main stages: Nursery, Junior School (P1–6) and Senior School (Geits/P7–7ths/S6).

The Edinburgh Academy. Founded in 1824, since 2008 the School is fully co-educational. A £6m development of new Nursery, Performing Art Centre and two astro-turf pitches have recently been completed following a £4.2m Science Centre in October 2006. 6th Form pupils opt for courses selected from Highers and A levels.
