Mrunal Thakur (born 1 August 1992) is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Hindi, Telugu and Marathi films. She began her acting career with the television soap operas Mujhse Kuchh Kehti...Yeh Khamoshiyaan (2012) and Kumkum Bhagya (2014–2016) for which she attained huge reception by which Thakur debuted in cinema with Love Sonia (2018).
While reminiscing about one of her past relationships, Mrunal Thakur said that she was ‘absolutely okay’ with her long-distance boyfriend using a dating app while being committed to her.
She is the daughter of Udaysing B Thakur who is an Assistant General Manager at the Union Bank of India. She has two siblings; an elder sister, Lochan Thakur, who is a makeup artist, and a younger brother, Mandar Thakur. Mrunal is reportedly dating Sharad Chandra Tripathi, who is a writer by profession.
