The personal email address can be linked to your Now Learning account. This ensures you receive all important exam registration notices, password reset emails, and test completion emails from Webassessor. In addition, should you leave your current employer you will be able to access Webassessor.
Overview. Review the steps in this article to create a Webassessor account. IMPORTANT: ServiceNow offers all certification exams (Mainline, Micro, and Delta) in 2 languages as listed below. To test in your preferred language you will need to create a Webassessor account in that language.
ServiceNow partners with Kryterion using its Webassessor platform for exam registration. Our mainline exams are offered at Kryterion Test Centers or can be taken anywhere online while a Kryterion proctor monitors the exam appointment.
In order to register for a Mainline exam, you will need to create a profile on the ServiceNow Webassessor site, located here: https://www.webassessor.com/wa.do?page=publicHome&branding=SERVICE_NOW. Webassessor is our certification management tool that will help you register for exam, track certification statuses, and take proctored exams online.
