No one is changing or removing your channels. It really isn't possible for someone to do that remotely, and there would be no need/reason for that to happen. This can only be a hardware problem within the tv or the source device. Again, I specifically need to know how you get your tv channels.

Select the menu option based on the method you are using to scan the channels such as antenna or satellite. Follow the onscreen instructions to scan the channels. Once the scanning process starts you will see the channels will start to scan. Now that the scanning has been completed, ensure you store those channels.
The TV does not have a fault if it is picking up channels ok. The problem is that it is picking up stray signals from a Welsh transmitter, not your normal one. This can happen if the external antenna has moved and is pointing in the wrong direction.
