ज्योतिष शास्त्र के अनुसार अभिजीत मुहूर्त प्रतिदिन मध्यान्ह से गरीब 24 मिनट पहले आरंभ होता है और यह मध्याह्न के 24 मिनट बाद रहता है.
अभिजीत मुहूर्त की अवधि प्रत्येक दिन 48 मिनट की होती है. अभिजीत मुहूर्त का समय सूर्योदय के अनुसार प्रतिदिन बदलता रहता है.
