Oct 24, 2022 · 1) SACRAMENTO RIVER TRAIL. We’ll start with a nice, easy 5.5-mile loop, either side of the Sacramento River, beginning your journey in downtown Redding. It’s pretty straight forward, but you’ll need plenty of water in the summer months as shade is scarce in some sections.
