The scheme applies to the citizens of the State of Himachal Pradesh who have attained the age of 18 but is not more than 35 years old.Youths not engaged in any occupation will be receiving a subsidy of 25% on machinery for an investment of Rs. 40 lakhs.Women not engaged in any occupation will be receiving a subsidy of 30% on machinery for an investment of Rs. 40 lakhs.The Government will provide an interest subsidy of 5% for three years for loans up to Rs. 40 lakhs.The Government has merely announced the scheme and is on the brink of implementing it.
