  3. Dec 28, 2021 · Short answer: most definitely. Rakvere is one of the oldest towns in Estonia and home to more than enough attractions to justify a trip. Even though it’s only a small town it’s a very green place, which isn’t too uncommon for Estonia, and one with plenty of history.
