Vitoria-Gasteiz has had a tram service since 2008, and it is a quick and easy way to get around the city. There are currently 2 lines, Ibaiondo-Unibertsitatea and Abetxuko-Florida, in operation, with a new service to Salburua opening just days after our visit. Vitoria-Gasteiz has 10 bus lines that connect all areas of the city. In an effort to be sustainable, these buses are electric and run approximately every 10 minutes from 6am to 10pm.
