    • Charlie M. 85 contributions. A hub of community with horendous seating. I attended the Harrow Arts Centre for an evening show and had a great time. It's clear and obvious that the centre is a pillar of the local community offering so many different things - I was there from 10.30am to past midnight and saw so many different people from different walks of life coming and going, it was lovely to see.
