- Charlie M. 85 contributions. A hub of community with horendous seating. I attended the Harrow Arts Centre for an evening show and had a great time. It's clear and obvious that the centre is a pillar of the local community offering so many different things - I was there from 10.30am to past midnight and saw so many different people from different walks of life coming and going, it was lovely to see.

Nov 22, 2000 · About Our Area. Pinner is centuries old. It was one of the ten hamlets of the medieval Harrow Manor and is still the most easily distinguishable today. The name Pinner is nowadays considered to be of Saxon origin. Among the oldest written records of Pinner is one telling us that the church was here during the 1230s.
