Here is a section of the piece I was working on. I was able to get three systems on the front page, but couldn't get more than two on pages 2-3.
I doubt that you will find any that have all the unnecessary measure numbers that you have. In an orchestral score I usually place the measure numbers centered in a non-italicized font under the the bottom staff. In a really, really big score it may be helpful to have them under the bottom staff of another grouping of instruments as well.

Logic Pro 8, Digital Performer, Loaded MAC Tower, two screens, a whole bag of sample libraries including Full GPO, some VSL, True Strike 1 and 2, and now Xsample Chamber Instruments and I have a long ways to go to understand how us all of this.... but quite familiar with Finale!

I have Finale 2004 running on 1.2GHz G4 and 450MHz G4. Both run at acceptable speeds. The only noticable difference is in opening and saving large files and extracting orchestral parts
