Nørholm, also called Nørholmen, is a manor house and agricultural property on 185 hectares (460 acres) in the municipality of Grimstad in Agder county, Norway. The estate is known mostly because of one of its previous owners was Nobel Prize -winning author Knut Hamsun .

Vind ejede en række herregårde, men synes at have interesseret sig særligt for Nørholm. Han øgede gårdens jordtilliggende betragteligt gennem køb og mageskifte af gods i gårdens nære omegn. I 1647 sikrede han godset birkeret, og for at sætte kronen på værket lod han en ny passende hovedbygning opføre.
