Mar 15, 2016 · I did a walking tour of Juarez, and this was probably the highlight for me. Firstly, the building itself is gorgeous and well-maintained for such a historic place. There are lots of interesting tidbits like the menu from a meeting between U.S. President Taft and Mexican President Diaz which took place in the building--it was the first time a U.S. president ever visited Mexico.
