Microsoft most likely pays a third party to manage it and I don't think Microsoft really cares much about it. All Microsoft wants to do is retain users on using Bing as their search engine.

With over 3 TRILLION market cap. Next is Apple w/ a 2.8 TRILLION market cap. *Sweepstake will say, ends on such and such date.
