    Dec 12, 2022 · Original Poster. Dec 12, 2022. That was my first step. I double checked the entire list and confirmed that the number is not on it. I can actually add the number to the blocked list (from the Recents list) and immediately see the number on the list and can then unblock. So even the Blocked numbers list doesn't think the number is on it.
